Curd

1 Cup

Suji (Rava)

1 Cup

Yeast

A Pinch

Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon

Dalda or Oil

2 Cups

Salt

To Taste 

 

Dissolve yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar in lukewarm water. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Sieve maida with baking powder 3-4 times. Mix it with fermented yeast solution and knead to a stiff dough. Cover with a damp cloth and leave aside for 4 hours.

Make small balls  and roll it to make Bhaturas and deep fry in oil or dalda.
