Cauliflower

1 medium sized

Butter

1teaspoon

Maida

1teaspoon

Vegetable boiled water

4 cups

Milk

1 cup

Cream of milk

½ cup

Cheese

1 teaspoon

Pepper crushed

½ teaspoon

Salt to taste

 

 

Boil vegetables (beans, cabbage, carrots, peas etc.) in 6 cups of water  for ½ an hour. Strain out and keep aside roughly making it to 4 cups. Melt the butter in a pan . Add maida and mix well . Slowly pour the vegetable boiled water, mixing the flour smoothly. Cook till the  liquid thickens. Divide the cauliflower into sprigs. Add to the liquid. Cook till soft.  Top with cream and serve. Cheese can be added just before serving.
