Flour (Maida)

Sugar

3 oz

Cocoa

3 Desert Spoon

Butter

2 oz

Baking Powder

2 Teaspoon

Vanilla Essence

1 Teaspoon

Milk

½ Cup

Baking Soda

½ Teaspoon dissolved in a teaspoon milk

 

 

Oil a ring mould. Line with bread crumbs. Warm the syrup with butter, till they mix. Stir it with a wooden spoon. Cool. Sift all dry ingredients together. (Flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa). Add the warmed liquid, with the dissolved sodabicarb nd the vanilla. Fold in with a metal spoon. Transfer to the mould. Bake at 375 degree F for 30-35 minutes.
