Milk

1 Litre

Egg

Sugar

2/3 Cup

Cocoa

2 Teaspoon

Salt

A Pinch

Custard Powder (Vanilla)

1 Teaspoon

 

Boil milk and thicken. Beat egg. Add custard powder. Mix with the thickened milk. Stir in sugar. Take ¼ of the mixture aside, add the cocoa. Pour the plain mixture into the freezer tray and freeze. When well frozen pour chocolate mix over it and freeze again.
