Soak dal overnight. Cook it with little water, salt and all the masala. Keep aside for 15 minutes, drain the water and grind it to a past. Make a dough with flour, salt, and two teaspoons of oil and water. Make Parathas, stuffing the dal mixture inside; cook them, smearing little oil. Serve hot with sauce or pickles. |
