Green Chilli

Seedless Tamarind

1Oz

Salt

1 Teaspoon

Water

5 Teaspoon

 

Soak tamarind for 20 minutes. Clean pick and wash the leaves. Separate pulp from the tamarind and squeeze out the pulp. Grind mint leaves, green chilli and onion into a fine paste. Add the tamarind pulp and salt. Blend well.
