Sweet Curd

4 Tablespoons

Milk

½ Cup

Egg

Baking Powder

½ Teaspoon

Baking Soda

¼ Teaspoon

Yeast

½ Teaspoon

Ghee

3 Tablespoon

Black Jeera and Salt

A Pinch

 

Make dough with all the ingredients (kneading with yeast and sugar, dissolved in lukewarm water). Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 6 hours. Knead again and keep aside for another ½  hour. Roll out, sprinkle black jeera and cook in tandoor.
