Boil potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes and chillies. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, fenugreek, and asafoetida. Allow it to splutter. Add potatoes, tomatoes, chillies and all the Masala. Pour water and stir well. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
