Rice flour

2 cups

Coconut grated

1 cup

Salt to taste

3 tablespoon

 

Fry rice flour well. Add enough salt and sprinkle water till it becomes fairly wet. Now take the puttu pan  and first fill it with one teaspoon of  grated coconut then add the rice floor and again add coconut at intervals till it is full. Steam for 10 minutes.

Serve with hot pappad or plantain.
