1 kg in small pieces

Onion

1 sliced

Chilli Powder

1 tablespoon

Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon

Gram Masala

½ teaspoon

Turmeric

¼ teaspoon

Ginger

1 piece cut fine

Garlic

3 pods cut fine

Curry Leaves

2 sprig

Salt

To taste

Oil for seasoning

 

 

Cook tapioca and meat separately. Fry onion, ginger and garlic in a tablespoon oil, in a pan. When brown, add rest of the masala and fry little more. Add meat and cook for 5  minutes. Mix cooked tapioca and keep on low fire for few more minutes. Remove and serve hot. It can be a full meal or part of a meal.
