Milk

1 cup

Tomatoes

3 cups cut fine

Flour (maida)

2 tablespoon

Sugar

1 tablespoon

Onion

1 thin slice

Butter

2 tablespoon

Salt

1 tablespoon

Pepper powder

One teaspoon

Garlic

2 pods

 

Heat milk in a saucepan.  Now put the other ingredients in a grinder or in a blender and process till smooth. Remove the lid and slowly pour the hot milk to it and  blend once. Pour the entire mixture into a vessel and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.

If you need only the juice you can strain the mixture after you blend it in a mixer grinder and then pour milk into it.
