Onion

2 (big cut fine)

Mustard Seeds

¼ teaspoon

Urad Dal

½ teaspoon

Cashew Nut

Lemon juice

½   tablespoon (optional)

Green Chilli

2 cut into small pieces

Ginger

1 piece

Ghee 3 tablespoon
Curry leaves one sprig
Salt to taste

 

Fry rava in a dry pan till it gives out a fried smell and keep aside. Add ghee in a pan and heat. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cashew nuts and curry leaves . Wait till mustard seeds pops. Add onion, green chillies, ginger and fry for 2 minutes. Add rava to it and fry for 1 minutes. Add salt. Add three cups of boiling water and stir for 1/2 minute. Lower heat and cover the vessel with a lid allowing it to get cooked and all water is dried. Add lime juice, mix well and remove from fire.
