Ripe Banana 4 split in to 2 halves
Rice powder 1 cup
Maida ½ cup
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Oil 500 gm
Sugar 3 teaspoon
Salt to taste

 

Prepare a thick batter with rice powder, maida, turmeric and sugar with water (Similar to the batter for dosa). Heat the oil in a pan and dip the banana pieces into it and fry. When it becomes slightly brown in color, take out and let the oil drain out.
