Cheera (Leafy Vegetable)

One cup - cut into very fine small pieces

Onion

½ cup cut into small pieces

Green chilli

2 cut fine

Ginger

½ piece  cut into very small pieces

Potato

¼ cup (cooked and mashed)

Bread

¼ cup Soaked in water and squeezes

Coriander powder

¼ teaspoon

Garam masala

¼ teaspoon

Rusk powder

½ cup

Maida

One table spoon

Curry leaves

 One sprig

Salt to taste

 

Mix cheera with onion, chilli and ginger and cook for 1 minute in a pan (it should be covered).

Now mix it with potato, bread masala, salt, coriander powder and salt.  Roll out to small cutlets.

Mix maida in ½ cup of water and sprinkle over the cutlets. Dust it with rusk powder.

Apply oil in a pan and fry both the sides.
