Mix cheera with onion, chilli and ginger and cook for
1 minute in a pan (it should be covered).
Now mix it with potato, bread masala, salt, coriander
powder and salt. Roll out to
small cutlets.
Mix maida in ½ cup of water and sprinkle over the
cutlets. Dust it with rusk powder.
Apply oil in a pan and fry both the sides.
